Olsten Staffing is assisting a client of ours that is a growing used car dealership that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto-Finance Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto finance and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Process finance and lease paperwork for used vehicle sales**

+ **Work with banks and finance companies to secure loan approvals**

+ **Prepare and review loan applications, contracts, and supporting documentation**

+ **Accurately input customer and deal information into the DMS (Dealer Management System)**

+ **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance programs, rates, and compliance requirements**

+ **Collect and verify customer information for credit applications**

+ **Handle Title and registration paperwork**

+ **provide excellent customer service and communicate financing options clearly**

+ **Assist with general office duties as needed.**

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in an auto dealership or finance office preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Knowledge of auto finance processes and regulations

+ Proficiency with computers and dealership software (DMS experience a plus)

+ Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Schedule:

+ Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required and hours may vary)

**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
