    Job Title: Billing Specialist

     

    Wage: $21-$23 depending on experience

     

    Job Type: Full-Time

     

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    Summary/Objective:

    The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing daily billing operations with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing invoices, auditing billing records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Process and bill invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Review and audit daily billing to ensure compliance and accuracy.

    + Send invoices to customers daily and upon request from the accounts receivable collector.

    + Process specialized billing at month-end to support financial reporting.

    + Identify and promptly communicate billing discrepancies or issues for resolution.

    + Assist the Accounting Manager with various financial tasks as needed.

    + Organize and file paperwork daily for record-keeping and audit purposes.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

    + Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    + Must have 3 years of experience

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
