    **Adecco** is seeking an **Operations Specialist** to join the dynamic Investment and Monetary Controls Teams within Global Wealth & Investment Management and Private Bank! This vital group ensures the smooth custody and settlement of assets, accurate revenue processing, and essential sub-accounting services. As a Transaction Management Operations Analyst, you'll contribute to critical balancing and reconciliation functions, playing a key role in maintaining financial integrity and a positive client experience.

    + **Pay Rate** : $23.44 /Hr

    + **Location:** Hybrid in Dallas, TX (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)

    + **Shift** : Mon-Fri 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

    + **Type:** Temp (12 month assignment)

    Requirements

    + 2-3 years of experience in reconciliation, billing, project management, trading, and/or managed products service support.

    + General knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

    + Proven analytical and reconciliation skills.

    + Ability to understand and explain complex workflows and data processes.

    + Knowledge of various product types (Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Managed Products, etc.).

    Responsibilities

    + Execute workflows across various systems to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

    + Investigate complex operational issues and provide effective remediation and solutions.

    + Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and identify risk mitigation opportunities.

    + Support risk management and audit processes.

    + Stay informed about product platform changes for Mutual Funds and Alternative Investments.

    + Maintain departmental standards and provide timely updates to management.

    + Assist with documentation and participate in system testing.

    + Manage risk by identifying and escalating issues appropriately.

    **Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
