Responsibilities for a Claims Adjuster include but are not limited to:
• Analyze and resolve complex auto and commercial transportation claims including bodily injury, liability, and auto damage
• Manage litigation processes for BI/UM/UIM claims and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle claim files up to $1M, including No Fault/PIP, subrogation, and vendor coordination
• Ensure documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
Candidates for Claims Adjuster must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Active New York P&C license (multi-state license is a plus)
• 5+ years of auto claims management including BI litigation and complex injury cases
• Experience with No Fault/PIP, auto liability, UM/UIM claims
• Strong written/oral communication and Microsoft Office proficiency

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
