Description
• Respond to inquiries, process orders, and handle complaints promptly and professionally. • Maintain strong customer relationships through communication and issue resolution. • Regularly update customers on shipments, inventory, and order status. • Ensure accurate inventory records and report any damage or shortages. • Process invoices and warehouse receipts within 24 hours of shipment arrival. • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and customers for account administration. • Maintain detailed account processing procedures and organized paperwork. • Prepare reports on customer service activities as needed. • Log and report damaged goods and customer feedback. • Coordinate with departments to uphold service standards. • Answer phone calls and operate office machines and computers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
