This position serves as a compensation partner to human resources and operations. As a Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the creation, implementation and administration of Compensation programs and providing excellent service and support to internal clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support compensation needs of clients through the consistent application of RRH compensation philosophy .
+ Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison closely with other HR centers of excellence to successfully partner and deliver cross-functional results.
+ Execute our annual salary planning activities, including participating in salary surveys and compensation programs.
+ Own and ensure compliance for FLSA and other compensation related regulations.
+ Perform headcount cost analyses with concrete recommendations for finance and leadership.
+ Go deep on market research and raised issues to validate and propose current / future compensation practices.
+ Develop and own competitive intelligence to support recruitment and retention efforts.
+ Utilize Workday HCM platform to administer compensation plans and report meaningful data insights to inform future human capital solutions.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources or other business-related field .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills are essential .
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficient with Excel.
+ Comfortable navigating conflict resolution.
+ Exceptional time management and project management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information with tact and discretion.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work in a nimble environment.
+ Strong customer and partnership focus with a team-oriented spirit.
+ Experience using Workday HCM platform preferred.
+ Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
