Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Accountant to manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within the construction industry, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
+ Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
+ Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
+ Prepare financial reports and statements.
+ Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
+ Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
+ Associates Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
+ 3+ years of Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
+ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
+ Experience with accounting software and tools.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skills:
+ Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
+ Knowledge of construction industry accounting practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
