    Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

    Job Description

    The Assistant Project Manager will assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations. They will participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable. They will provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable.

    + Provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.

    + Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules.

    + Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.

    + Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.

    + Update trackers daily on-site progress utilizing systems in place (database).

    + Breakdown project estimate to baseline earned averages versus the bid.

    + Manage resources and reporting.

    + Associate's Degree in Construction Management or related field

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
