Senior Financial Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated financial operations & strategy leader to help drive the company's financial performance. The Senior Financial Operations Manager will report to the Director of Financial Operations and will be responsible for executing strategy to expand the portfolio of projects across various practices including transmission, distribution, and grid automation; systems and software; manufacturing, mechanical and electrical engineering; project management; clinical services; and lab services. Collaborating with business development and practice delivery teams, the Senior Financial Operations Manager will be instrumental in developing new models to formulate and execute a proactive growth strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the financial business partner to the practice delivery team, overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities for one or more practices.
+ Develop and refine dynamic project and program-level financial models to support the growth of the project portfolio.
+ Manage the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the practices.
+ Lead the monthly practice performance meeting and support global reporting processes for executive monthly business reviews.
+ Establish key performance indicators and metrics to monitor the financial performance of a project portfolio.
+ Collaborate with various departments such as practice delivery, finance, contracts, and senior leadership to build strong relationships and ensure successful financial performance.
+ Identify and develop value propositions by leveraging a deep understanding of professional services in key target markets.
+ Continuously review and refine project planning processes, financial models, and analytical tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
+ Provide market, practice, and client analysis, assist in bid and RFP response process and provide necessary reporting to leadership.
+ Partner with leadership to support risk management and mitigation strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Extensive experience in a role with a global services organization focused on strategic pricing elements and building financial models.
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
+ Understanding of financial/project accounting and contractual matters.
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
+ Expert in services pricing strategy and analysis.
Work Environment
Travel may be required for office visits, training, conferences, and customer meetings up to 10%. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration across multiple departments and practices to drive successful financial performance. The role involves strategic oversight and development of financial models and plans.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
