Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent/Quality Control (QC) Manager. This role involves overseeing multiple task orders each year, ranging from half a million to 5 million dollars, all related to interior fit-outs and renovations of existing buildings. The selected candidate will be responsible for both superintendent and quality control management duties.

Responsibilities

+ Scheduling manpower

+ Overseeing subcontractors

+ Directing on-site supervision

+ Working with management to stay on budget and within schedule constraints

+ Reviewing submittals for contract compliance and submitting to the DoR/USACE in RMS

+ Performing quality control checks on a daily basis

+ Conducting QC inspections

+ Ensuring materials on-site match approved submittals

+ Verifying workmanship of contractors aligns with approved plans and contracts

Essential Skills

+ 10 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager

+ Superintendent/QC experience on Federal Contracts

+ Proficient in RMS, USACE, and CQM

+ Thorough understanding of EM385

+ OSHA 30 certification

+ Experience with Army Corps of Engineers

+ Interior construction and interior fit-out experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ CQCM Training/Certification

Work Environment

The project is located at Fort Dix Army Base in New Jersey. The role involves working on-site with active construction and renovation projects, requiring adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $44.23/hr.
