Responsibilities

+ Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

+ Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

+ Monitor and report changes in client health status to nursing staff

+ Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements

+ Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed

+ Help clients with mobility and exercises to promote physical health

+ Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

+ Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Compassionate with a caring attitude towards clients
