At Ultimate Care NY, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients. As an HHA, you will provide essential daily living support to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Schedule: Flexible shifts available including Monday-Sunday 8:00 am-8:00 pm/Overnight/Split shift 12-hour cases

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming

+ Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health status to the supervising nurse

+ Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

+ Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment

+ Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed

+ Document daily activities and observations accurately

+ Assist bed-bound clients with repositioning and use of hoyer lifts

+ Understand and address mental health challenges in clients

+ Must have a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from an accredited program

+ Completion of a formal home health aide training program

+ Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy towards clients

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and work independently
