Manufacturing & Assembly Technician Opportunities Hiring ASAP!! Kirkland, WA $26-27/hr
We are hiring for multiple departments within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. These roles offer hands-on experience with cutting-edge satellite and aerospace technologies. Open Positions by Department
Final Integration
+ Structural assembly and electrical component installation
+ Torquing bolts, using micrometers, and harnessing
+ Moving and positioning satellites and materials
+ Use of cranes, pallet jacks, and riding equipment ("Lindy")
Panel Lines
+ Fiber optic cable splicing and handling
+ Sub-assembly installation and torquing
+ Reading schematics and using M1 meters
+ Applying decals/stickers (repetitive tasks)
+ Lifting up to 35 lbs
Mechanisms (Tech II)
+ Mechanical and electrical testing
+ Material handling with aerospace-grade care
+ Use of torque tools and adherence to aerospace standards
+ Splicing and mechanical assembly
Mixed Model Assembly (Tech I)
+ PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
+ Entry-level assembly with training provided
+ Following diagrams and using torque tools
Structural Subsystems & Logistics (SSL)
+ Mechanical assembly using torque wrenches
+ Working from blueprints and work instructions
+ SAP system usage for tracking and documentation
+ Ideal for candidates with 2+ years of manufacturing experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)
+ Ability to follow detailed work instructions and schematics
+ Mechanically inclined with experience using torque wrenches and hand tools
+ Strong attention to quality and detail
+ Excellent attendance and reliability
Preferred Backgrounds
+ Aerospace, automotive, construction, or medical device manufacturing
+ Experience with SAP or similar systems
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
