    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    This role requires a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of three facility technicians. The position involves hands-on work, with 80% of the time spent directly on field tasks and 20% on supervisory duties. The supervisor will allocate work within the team and liaise with external vendors for significant repairs. An ideal candidate will be adept in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and possess strong communication skills for effective team interaction. Daily responsibilities include managing reactive and preventive work orders tracked via a CMMS system.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and supervise a team of three facility technicians.

    + Perform hands-on maintenance tasks around the facility.

    + Distribute work orders among the team efficiently.

    + Engage with outside vendors for major repair needs.

    + Ensure effective communication with the team and vendors.

    + Manage reactive and preventive maintenance work orders.

    + Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

    + Strong hands-on supervisory skills.

    + Comfortable with all aspects of maintenance management.

    + Experience in repair, facilities, mechanical, and vendor management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CMMS and BMS systems.

    + Proven vendor management skills.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is based in a semiconductor component manufacturing plant with shifts running Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $37.02 - $46.63/hr.
