•** **What You’ll Do

Depending on your department, your day-to-day may include:

+ Structural Assembly & Integration: Torquing bolts, using micrometers, harnessing, checking pins, and moving satellites

+ Material Handling: Operating pallet jacks, cranes, and riding “lindy” equipment to move components

+ Electrical & Mechanical Work: Splicing fiber optic cables, cable routing, sub-assembly installation, and mechanical testing

+ Precision Assembly: PCBA assembly, reading schematics, applying decals, and following detailed diagrams

+ Manufacturing Support: Using torque wrenches, hand tools, and SAP to complete tasks in a high-spec aerospace environment

•** **What We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

+ Previous manufacturing experience (aerospace preferred, not not required)

+ Ability to follow visual and written work instructions

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools like torque wrenches

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics

+ Reliable attendance and a strong focus on quality

Preferred Backgrounds:

+ Aerospace, automotive, construction, or medical device manufacturing

+ Experience with SAP or similar systems

+ A passion for building things—professionally or personally

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.75 - $27.75/hr.
