    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

    Job Description

    We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator to assist our outside sales team and walk-in customers with inquiries related to truck equipment sales. This position requires a dedicated individual to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Build standard and custom quotes for clients.

    + Act as the primary point of contact for outside sales team members to provide information on order, material, and delivery status.

    + Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics.

    + Manage warranty claims efficiently.

    + Assist with the preparation of promotional sales activities.

    + Utilize CRM systems consistently for data entry and tracking of parts and projects.

    + Engage socially and conversationally with customers via phone and in person.

    + Answer, support, and field customer calls.

    + Assist in creating and tracking quotes.

    + Follow up on leads to gather necessary information for accurate quoting.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software.

    + Experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive, trailer, or truck industry.

    + Strong customer service orientation.

    + Effective cold calling and account management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role at an automotive, trucking, truck, or trailer company.

    + High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.

    + Valid Driver's License.

    + Willingness to work both indoors and partially outdoors.

    + Ability to adapt to constant changes.

    + Excellent attitude and rapport-building skills.

    + Interactive and social demeanor.

    + Coachable to learn specific systems.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes a mechanic garage setting and fabrication production shop, with partial stock of products outside. Candidates will spend 90% of their time indoors in air-conditioned spaces and 10% outdoors. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the expectation of occasional overtime. Attire should include jeans or long work pants and a nice polo or T-shirt, suitable for customer interaction.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
