    Job Description

    As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of Bio-Process Containers within a clean room environment. You will be responsible for executing the production process by closely following Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package Bio-Process Containers.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction Documents.

    + Interpret blueprints or drawings for assembly and materials handling.

    + Operate equipment and handle materials as per guidelines.

    + Ensure finished goods are packaged correctly.

    + Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

    + Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, general production, warehouse, data entry, assembly line, and packaging.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to follow complex procedures.

    + Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Preferred but not required: 1 year of production experience.

    + Computer knowledge, skills, and abilities for logging into computer systems to complete training modules.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a controlled cleanroom environment with humidity over 30% and temperature between 60 and 70 degrees. The cleanroom has some ambient noise and requires specific gowning, including gloves, hair and beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, without makeup or jewelry. The role requires forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. You must be able to stand and move about, reaching, bending, stooping, and grasping throughout the shift. The position may involve infrequently lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted. Understand and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS for common chemicals like disinfectants, solvents, and Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
