**Job Title:** HVAC Technician – Industrial & Commercial Buildings
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and provide top-tier service in maintaining, operating, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chilled water systems, boilers, and other mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal client relations and high-quality service delivery for a diverse range of facilities, including manufacturing plants, universities, and government buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
+ Identify potential maintenance risks and provide proactive solutions.
+ Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and warranty services to ensure optimal system functionality.
+ Execute emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
+ Service industrial buildings, retail spaces, and commercial properties with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Minimum of 6 years of HVAC experience required.
+ **EPA Universal Certification** is mandatory.
+ Strong expertise in electrical systems and blueprint interpretation.
+ Proficiency in installation, wiring, assembly, repair, and renovation.
+ Experience in heating, air conditioning, and new construction projects.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
