    Job Title: Production Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead and mentor our production team. This role involves providing training, developing and implementing production plans to optimize resources and meet delivery targets, monitoring KPIs, and taking corrective actions to maintain production efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets while ensuring smooth operations through ERP systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and mentor the production team.

    + Provide training to enhance team skills and performance.

    + Develop and implement production plans to optimize resources and meet delivery targets.

    + Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to maintain production efficiency.

    + Develop and manage budgets effectively.

    + Supervise 5-6 employees directly within the production department.

    + Indirectly supervise 80 employees within the production departments.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
