    Job Title: Press Brake Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in a precision sheet metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production of metal components.

     

    Shift and Pay

     

    1st - (7a-3:30p)

     

    $24-$27

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate press brake equipment with precision.

    + Understand and apply tooling selection and bend deductions.

    + Interpret and read precision sheet metal drawings and blueprints.

    + Maintain press brake equipment and tooling to ensure optimal performance.

    + Check physical dimensions using protractors, squares, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring equipment to ensure components are bent to the correct angle and within tolerance.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating press brakes with 2-3 years of experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Experience in high-volume project execution.

    + Basic math skills and understanding of GD&T.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with other machine operations like shears, punch presses, laser tables is a plus.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
