    Job Title: Field Service Technician

    Job Description

    As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of liquid bulk CO2 tanks and beverage gas systems. You will ensure high-quality standards are met while performing these tasks in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. The current project involves installing power adapters to existing CO2 sensors at customer sites. Additionally, you'll perform installations, troubleshooting, and preventative services in accordance with company policies.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors.

    + Maintain telephone communication with supervisor and/or dispatch to provide timely ETAs and completion of calls.

    + Perform installations of CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling.

    + Test and troubleshoot network communication issues.

    + Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure system functionality.

    + Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable and use ladders where necessary.

    + Install 4-8 power adapters and 2 monitors per day.

    Essential Skills

    + Installation and troubleshooting of CO2 gas detection systems.

    + Experience with cable routing and labeling (CAT5/CAT6).

    + Comfortable working at heights.

    + Ability to use tools such as drills and ladders.

    + Communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

    + Provide high-quality service to all customers.

    + Verify current inventory levels versus install schedule and communicate deficiencies.

    + Maintain the proper operation of all equipment and tools.

    + Maintain sufficient inventory levels of all parts.

    + Provide daily communication to assigned supervisor.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
