Job Description
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist (Remote) plays a key role in shaping the Concentrix employer brand for North America (NA) and in ensuring quality talent acquisition results by utilizing social media and other digital platforms. In this role, you’ll use your knowledge of social media channels and other digital communications to help attract more qualified job candidates, extend the Concentrix brand, and improve both our follower base and engagement, as well as market presence. You’ll have the opportunity to create, promote, engage, and connect with current and potential staff. Utilizing an integrated marketing approach, this role will also leverage campaign and other content both internally for staff and externally via other promotions. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager for North America.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Marketing and Social Medial Specialist working from home, you will:
+ Support the development and implementation of a social media strategy and content, and set goals based on metrics to increase brand awareness, follower base, and engagement
+ Manage six (6) social media channels: U.S. and Canada Facebook, Instagram, and X
+ Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and Concentrix NA reviews, and developing discussions/interactive opportunities
+ Develop social campaigns and initiatives designed to build upon the follower base and gain more engagements
+ Initiate and follow up on opportunities to create social media content from staff and other sources to help drive brand awareness and positive employer branding
+ Collaborate with other business units such as our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Global Social Media teams to support their marketing and communication needs, employer brand initiatives, and/or other
+ Analyze sourcing performance reports to inform marketing strategy
+ Plan content and delivery, and use appropriate delivery and listening tools to manage multiple social media channels
+ Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and the brand· Create and schedule ROI-based paid Digital Marketing Campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, GroundTruth, Google, and others (test new platforms and strategies as applicable); report results and data analytics for ROI, reach, and engagement
+ Create engaging multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and/or partner/outsource this effectively
+ Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms, develop and engage with brand ambassador team across North America
+ Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Comparably, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
+ Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
+ Assist Regional Marketing and TA teams with Job Board and other recruitment advertising and campaigns, as well as other tasks as needed and requested
+ Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Seasonal Team Leader (Remote) role include:
+ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
+ 2 years of related experience
+ Social media and project management proficiency
+ Communications and creative skills, able to generate out-of-the-box solutions
+ Digital marketing experience, preferred
+ Maintain strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
+ Experience or knowledge about our Customer Experience (CX) and Tech Solutions (BPO) industry and employer recruitment, preferred
+ Experience working with basic design and other tools, such as Canva and Hootsuite, as well as branding/employer branding are plusses
+ Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Excel expertise a big plus)
+ Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

+ The base salary range for this position is $ $60,000 - $65,000 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
