Job Summary
The LOA Coordinator is responsible for administering, tracking and determining eligibility for all aspects of job-protected leaves including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA and FEHA. Ensures accurate and timely compliance with federal and state leave laws. Acts as a subject matter expert regarding all aspects of LOAs, providing guidance and information to employees about leave policies and procedures. Handles the FMLA process from the employee’s initial notice of the need for leave to the return-towork. Identifies and resolves complex leave-related issues. Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation and records while preserving confidentiality. Acts as a mentor to the LOA Assistant. Assists with non-clinical duties within the Employee Health Department as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Minimum two (2) years leave of absence processing experience required. Strong background in the interactive process with employees preferred. Office systems and excellent customer service skills.
Minimum License Requirement:
Certified Leave Management Specialist designation within 1 year of hire/transfer.

Pay Range:
$32.00 - $48.87
