    A Brief Overview

     

    Performs a variety of general office work in support of the unit's operational activities. Makes and receives calls from customers and assists them in different situations regarding their mortgage loan. Assists customers in person.

    What you’ll do

    • Assists all customers who visit the department to request a service related to their mortgage loan.

    • Prepares Mortgage Loan Certification of Cancellation letters (RESPA).

    • Works with the referrals received from the First Line Customer Center.

    • Provides a variety of services to customers, such as: payment claims, debit claims, late charges claims, delivery of payment coupons, and claims on credit report annotations, copy of payment history, subscription for automatic payment, copy of deeds, notes or insurance policy, among other services.

    • Processes the delivery of documents and files to the Central File Department.

    • Supports the Closing Department at their request.

     

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    Formal Education

    • Associate Degree

     

    Knowledge and Experience

     

    + 3-5 years in customer service or their equivalent in experience.
