You’ll be part of a trusted team that keeps our facilities operating reliably for the people we serve. We value teamwork, dependability, and a job well done!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their work—maintaining buildings, troubleshooting systems, keeping our grounds looking great, and supporting employee needs across our offices. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and values great customer service. Whether you’re just starting out with the basics or bring advanced skills with HVAC, electrical, and fire systems, there’s room for you to grow and contribute here.
What You’ll Do:
+ Tackle building maintenance tasks, from lighting and minor plumbing to supporting fire safety and building automation systems.
+ Keep our facilities and fleet equipment in top shape through preventative care and repairs.
+ Operate and maintain grounds equipment—think mowers, tractors, snowplows—and support seasonal landscaping.
+ Assist with office moves, stock supplies, set up meeting spaces, and help keep everything running smoothly.
+ Respond to service requests, work orders, and occasional building emergencies as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
+ Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality service and safe, compliant operations.
What You’ll Need:
+ Proven knack for maintenance work and mechanical systems.
+ Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to figure things out and fix them right.
+ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
+ Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
+ Willingness to work indoors and out—including climbing ladders and lifting —while maintaining safety and quality.
What Associated provides:
+ We are committed to rewarding talent with top pay. Your efforts will be recognized with a total compensation package that reflects your experience and contributions.
+ Plan for your future with confidence! We offer a robust 401(k) program with a generous employer match to help you build the financial future you deserve.
+ We know how important work-life integration is. Recharge with PTO and enjoy paid holidays, ensuring you have time to unwind and pursue your passions outside of work.
+ Your health matters to us! Stay covered beginning on your first day of employment with our premier healthcare plan that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
