Location : Buffalo
Full-Time: Monday–Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay
Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $39,520- $43,680 yearly, depending on experience
Shift Differential: 2nd Shift, +$1. hour, 3rd Shift, +$2. Hour (Based on hours worked)
Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Mail Van Driver / Courier to drive a company van for daily pickup and delivery of mail and packages. This is a local driving role — no CDL is required, and no overnight or long-haul driving is involved. The right person for this role enjoys being on the road, is detail-oriented, and understands the importance of delivering on time and with care.
Essential Duties
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Drive a company van to transport mail and packages to client sites and postal facilities.
+ Pick up and drop off items at scheduled times, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
+ Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations when required.
+ Handle all items carefully and respectfully.
+ Follow daily scheduled routes; plan adjustments for traffic, weather, or delays.
+ Maintain delivery logs and records of pickups and drop-offs.
+ Provide courteous and professional service to all clients.
+ Address delivery-related inquiries or concerns promptly and respectfully.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Employees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws. They are compensated fairly and appropriately, reflecting the value of their contribution to the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in mail delivery or a related field is preferred.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to navigate and use GPS and other route planning tools.
+ Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance.
+ Any relevant postal or delivery certifications are a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
+ Ability to drive for extended periods.
+ Primarily works outside, with frequent exposure to varying weather conditions.
+ Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
+ Work is performed in a warehouse or production facility environment.
+ May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push 800 pounds on a load-bearing cart, carry 25 pounds, and pull 200 pounds.
+ Must be able to use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
+ It requires frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and using repetitive motions of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle, or feel; reach with arms and hands for extended periods.
