We are seeking for dynamic Implementation Project Manager to join our organization! You will lead small to medium scale and low to medium complex projects under the guidance of senior colleagues. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong operational experience combined with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Your Role

As a Air Logistics Implementation Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of projects, developing your project management skills while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our organization. This role is ideal for individuals eager to explore and expand their project management expertise within a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

+ Possess an excellent technical level with regards to Project Management tools & methodology (ideally with PMP/IPMA/Prince 2 certification)

+ Open for improvements on the methodology, focus on continuous improvement

+ Ensuring project is delivered within the planned timeframe, scope, budget and quality

+ Ensuring that that the scope is managed within the framework of the program and customer expectations are aligned with this framework and that the rigorous change control process is applied

+ Lead our Customer Care Locations (CCLs) in the successful execution of their customer implementation projects managed via Global Customer Implementation Management guide lines, ensuring governance, and monitoring their performance

+ Lead project definition, scope, and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders. Create detailed plans, including timelines, resource, risk management and change management per Kuehne and Nagel standard

+ Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

+ Contribute to audits on implementation projects per KN and ISO 21502 standard

Your Skills and Experiences

+ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

+ 2–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics or related roles, with exposure to project coordination

+ 5+ years of Project Management and Logistics experience with broader business exposure

+ 2+ years of operational experience within Air Logistics is preferred

+ Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus

+ 2-3 years of customer facing experience

+ 1 year in a management role or equivalent experience
