THE OPPORTUNITY
Assist with establishing new deposit accounts, treasury services, online banking and other deposit associated products for new relationships introduced to the Bank. Provides accurate, timely and extensive information for all client inquiries and requests, ensuring retention of profitable clients. Works with various internal operational business units to facilitate timely financial reporting, accurate documentation and payment delinquencies resolutions, often serving as the liaison between the customer and the branch. Assists with sales related activities such as call preparation, pipeline and prospect database management. Individual should possess a strong operational background and have the capacity to establish relationships with customers and to proactively find solutions to operational issues to free up the Relationship Managers to pursue marketing initiatives. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
+ Responds to account inquiries, performs account maintenance, and executes
+ transactions. When applicable, assist with transfers, withdrawals, distributions, wires, payments, fee waivers, within delegated authority or applicable department guidelines, escalating to
+ the assigned Relationship Manager for any requests outside specified norms or items
+ requiring additional approvals.
+ Where applicable, using familiarity with bank departments, products and services to offer additional product options to address client concerns, ensure optimum mix of products and services, and ultimately maintain and expand the relationship through client satisfaction. Utilizes knowledge gained through training and experience to provide timely problem research and resolution.
+ When applicable, quotes rates on products and opens new accounts and inputs client’s
+ data into appropriate bank computer systems. Sets-up and maintain client files, ensuring appropriate documentation and client records are kept up to date.
+ Applies existing guidelines and procedures when proposing solutions within the department.
+ Maintains up to date knowledge of banking services and implementation processes.
+ Assists with loan portfolio, maintenance, including tickler system management; compliance adherence, past-due collections; financial reporting collection, ordering of credit reports, audit preparation and audit review, organization, and analysis; covenant compliance testing.
+ Generates monthly loan and deposit reports, daily past due reports, and other daily, weekly and/or monthly reports as necessary to support the team.
+ Works in tandem with the Market Manager to review and participate in negotiation of potentially complex legal documentation with outside counsel and specialists within the Bank.
+ Engages with centralized communication systems (data rooms) related to syndicated and/or sponsored banking relationships.
+ Works with loan coordinator and loan closing team to facilitate seamless loan closing experience for client.
+ Works with deposit and treasury management operations teams to ensure positive client experience.
+ Work with the Appraisal department to order the appraisal and environmental reports as well as preliminary title reports
+ Performs new account system maintenance including manual boarding of loans when necessary.
+ Provides effective customer service and assists in resolving problems within given authority.
+ Responds to written and phone inquiries from customers and internal personnel relative to account balances, loan balances and payoff requests.
+ Escalates customer calls and/or problem accounts as appropriate.
+ Uses sound judgment and experience to work through potentially complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these.
+ Calculates loan pay off amounts for all types of loans.
+ Operates computer terminal or personal computer to process loan activity, determine balances, and resolve problems within given authority.
+ Assist Regional Manager in preparing for sales activities and related material.

The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.
+ Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
+ 5 years operations experience, branch banking experience is required
+ High School Diploma is required
+ Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

SALARY RANGE
The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
