The anticipated salary range for this role is between $170,000.00 and $190,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Although we are part of a larger organization our digital bank team is small, nimble, and fast-paced. This culture provides an opportunity to think, invent and innovate in a complex financial space. You will work closely with user researchers, experience owners, product managers, and developers to drive a design process that works back from the customer.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Accountable for establishing, maintaining, and leading the strategic demand intake process for Jenius Bank
+ Work with Finance and Product partners to develop and operate a consistent business case and benefits realization process
+ Develop and operate a process for an assessment of resource impacts to be used as part of the decisioning process and if we are to proceed forward with an initiative
+ Maintain a long-term view on resource demand across scrum teams and business areas, while working collaboratively with the Program Management team on real time / forecast changes as programs continue
+ Partner with senior leaders across Jenius Bank to determine the best path forward with new development to achieve short term, mid-term, and long-term objectives.
+ Be a champion of the agile methodologies across business areas and the benefits of a test and learn agenda to programs to improve likelihood of success.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
+ 10+ years of experience in Product or Portfolio Management. Focus on balancing resource capacity with business cases preferred.
+ Understanding of agile practices and continuous roadmap development to achieve OKRs
+ Demonstrated experience working with accountable leaders on business case development and benefit realization.
+ Demonstrated experience of working directly with senior executives from all business areas to influence and gain consensus of a singular outcome.
+ Experience leading cross functional teams through decision-making to achieve optimized outcomes.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
+ Strong business acumen and understanding of implications, both positive and negative, that the digital experience can have on product P&Ls
+ Understanding of key business drivers across consumer banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, and deposit products.
+ Experience working in a highly regulated environment, including navigating the constraints to achieve results while maintaining compliance.
