    Social Media Strategist

     

    (Hybrid - MA)

    Description

    The Social Strategist will assist in the development and management of cross-platform social media strategies targeting active retail investors. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: contributing to campaign strategy development, leading execution and project management, writing post copy and ideating post creative, liaising with multiple agency partners for paid, organic, and influencer media efforts, and working with traffic and compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets.

     

    A Day In the Role:

     

    This person will be a liasion between internal and external teams. Putting together recommendations and campaigns, but also will be helping with bi-weekly reporting calls. (need strong communicators). Ability to take what they’re doing, which is complex, and simplify to audience that really only knows the basics –

    Must Haves:

    + Managing paid social media campaigns experience

    + Strategy and management experience

    + Experience writing social copy

    + Reviewing copy that’s been written by our content team – they should be well versed in social media copy writing best practices  provide recs

    + Project Management Skills

    + Does not need a PM role previously, but this role will be managing large scale campaigns across – Sizeable budgets - Looking for someone who is super organized!

    Nice to Haves:

    • Meta (FB, Instagram ) running ads on there

    • YouTube and Reddit are big PLUS

    • Financial Services bg

     

    Work Environment: Hybrid – Boston, MA – In office 2-3 days a week

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
