THE POSITION
Are you an Information Technology professional with strong analytical skills looking for an exciting career opportunity? As a $2.5B retailer operating 600+ Fine Wine and Good Spirits retail locations as well as several wholesale locations, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst 3 to support the Cloud Financials application, including Procurement, AR (Accounts Receivables) and AP (Accounts Payable) systems. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position will serve as the lead business analyst for non-merchandise procurement and financial activities within the PLCB’s Oracle Cloud Financials (CFIN) and Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). In this position, you will work with your Supervisor to document project vision and scope; work with relative independence in leading the business requirements analysis for assigned work; participate in system review sessions and propose new product features and updates; develop work plans and identify and track action items, critical issues and risks; enforce project deadlines and schedules.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ One year as a Business Analyst 2(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
+ Six years of business process analysis experience;or
+ Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree;or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training.
