    Position: Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    The Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through new business development. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and effective sales techniques to achieve business objectives.

    Core Responsibilities & Duties:

    + Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

    + Drive revenue growth focusing on new business development through research, prospecting, outboud calling.

    + Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.

    + Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.

    + Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales initiatives.

    + Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

    + Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    + Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

    + Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
