Description
OBJECTIVES:
Experienced retail business manager skilled in developing and managing retail and net plans, evaluating stock and sales plans, and overseeing trade inventory. Responsible for delivering gross to net shipment plans and meeting return objectives. Partners with Account Management to set and revise estimates, and assists in planning policies and processes. Collaborates with DP for inventory needs and finance for accurate planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retailer Plans + Monthly Maintenance
+ Prepare Account level Retail, Gross Shipments, returns, estimates for door closings/openings and other financial estimates for total brand with cross-functionals.
+ Prepare and issue templates to the field to develop retail sales targets by door.
Facilitate Roll-up of Brand-level Seasonal Account plans and Alignment:
+ Roll up entire account level plans, analyzing R&O.
+ Strong ability to work with team to align on brand’s final plan, sell-through and investment needed to fulfill plan
+ Oversees and approves Launch Manager’s plan and execution of markdowns, returns and account allocations
+ Evaluate and provide feedback on Stock and Sales plans, roll up to brand level, including returns, markdowns, Launch strategy and allocations.
+ Provides input on roll up of side-by-side calendars to ensure they are realistic and aligned with brand’s priorities
+ Provide direction to ensure optimal management of inventory levels. Review monthly account performance metrics to ensure optimization of trade inventory.
+ Reviews excess inventory with team to help develop plans to reduce
+ Oversees plan and execution of returns, and promo/launch/set forecasts
+ Works with IBP to ensure forecasts are accurate based on brand & account plans
Estimate Review Process & Reporting
+ Leads monthly LE planning process, including Retail Sales & Gross Shipments, returns and etc; gathers input from AM/planners to develop Shipment plans & helps identify R&O’s
+ Compile & report sales results v PL, LE & LY. Facilitate weekly brand review to identify retail, shipment and sales reduction R&O’s.
+ Drives monthly templates: ELTA, IR, BRM, Seasonal recaps etc
Consensus/IBP
+ Structures feedback from commercial to shape sales outlook on demand plan forecast
+ Participates in IBP reviewing impacts of programs, sales, supply and demand planning forecasts
+ Leads SKU alignment meeting between teams to discuss impact at SKU level of current sales, in-stock levels at POS, etc. to align team forecasts
+ Works with Demand Planning to ensure that brand level forecasts are accurate based on plans
NPL/ SKU Management
+ Support Manager on NPL forecasting process/timeline across brand collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment.
+ Partners with planners to ensure optimal management of inventory levels with particular focus on proactively minimizing returns and DIFs
+ Ensures that planners are correctly managing OOS and ensure re-orders are placed and filled in a timely manner.
+ Provide cross-functional support on launch planning, size of prize and Brand Category Strategy.
+ Develops effective processes to support Commercial team in developing account level plans. Stays current with new systems to continuously revise processes..

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience as a buyer/inventory planner.
+ Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and DWH.
+ Self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Flexible mindset, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
