    Job Title: Skilled Trades Recruiter

     

    Base Salary + Commissions ($80,000-$110,000 year one on target earnings)

    Responsibilities:

    - Source and manage candidates to fulfill Ultimate's recruitment needs

     

    - Conduct candidate research and development

     

    - Analyze the market to identify recruitment opportunities

     

    - Conduct meetings with clients

     

    - Participate in networking events to connect with potential candidates

     

    - Maintain and update CRM systems

     

    - Offer timely solutions to clients and candidates

     

    - Provide regular reports on recruitment account status

     

    - Propose strategies to enhance performance and identify avenues for growth

    Requirements:

    - Eagerness to learn and a strong drive to achieve success

     

    - Great phone and people skills

     

    - Competitive and sports-minded mentality

     

    - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

     

    - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

     

    - Self-motivated and proactive attitude
