WHAT YOU'LL DO:

+ HVAC Project Coordination & Leadership : Manage daily HVAC installations, repairs, or maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership to keep projects on schedule with minimal disruptions.

+ Safety, Quality, & Training : Enforce safety protocols, ensure all work meets quality and code standards, and provide training to enhance the team's technical skills and adherence to safety guidelines.

+ Resource & Budget Management : Efficiently allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC projects, while managing budgets and escalating financial concerns when necessary.

+ Problem-Solving & Communication : Address HVAC system challenges, maintain clear communication with installers, clients, and stakeholders, and accurately document project progress and issues.

WHAT YOU BRING:

+ Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, tools, and techniques. HVAC certifications and licenses a plus.

+ Proven ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently, with adaptability to shifting project needs and challenges.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and motivating teams to achieve goals.

+ Experienced in planning and managing HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion.

+ Skilled in inspecting HVAC work for compliance with codes and standards, and mentoring team members to develop their skills and maintain high-quality results.
