A Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments

+ Food preparation: Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products

+ Food safety: Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures

+ Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Communication: Communicate with team members and customers

+ Menu knowledge: Be an expert on the menu and promotions

Qualifications

+ Be at least 16 years old

+ Have reliable transportation

+ Be a team player

+ Be committed to customer satisfaction

+ Have good communication skills

+ Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

+ Have a food handler's certificate

+ Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful

Food Champions work in a fast-paced environment and should be friendly, helpful, and pay attention to detail
