Discover Impactful Work:
The Ops Training Specialist II is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining a robust training program across all functions and will work in concert with customer management to ensure that all requirements and service metrics, as outlined in the current contract/agreement, are met on a consistent basis.
A day in the Life:
+ Drive excellence in the program through clear communication, teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, and team management. Partner with customer to identify meaningful Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Key Performance indicators.
+ Manage scientific and logistic training assignment portfolios to elevate employee skills and performance. Conduct training gap assessments, maintain training records, and connect with trainers and staff to ensure all training activities meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
+ Collaborate with functional area partners to supervise training compliance, monitor efficiency, and ensure role-based assignments. Report training compliance metrics and evaluate trends. Provide training related information for regulatory audits as needed.
+ Lead the development and coordination of training materials and evaluate program impact to recommend improvements. Perform technical writing and document approval. Perform electronic and physical document management activities and archiving.
+ Support in resolving training issues and offer technical assistance with the learning management system; lead training forums and build tools to share lessons learned and standard methodologies.
+ Coordinate staff and vendor onboarding/offboarding across the customer locations.
+ Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and focus on improving processes with the goal of providing stellar customer service.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Keys to Success:
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
+ 2+ years pf experience using electronic learning management systems and electronic document management systems.
+ Knowledge/exposure to GxP requirements and ISO Standards.
+ Experience in a subcontractor matrixed environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to make timely decisions while functioning in a fast-paced changing work environment.
+ Proficient verbal and written communication skills; including experience in writing standard operation procedures, work instructions, and job aids.
+ Tried excellence in customer service skills; Effective presentation skills.
+ Meticulous, problem solver, promotes team environment.
+ Excellent computer/software skills. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Must be flexible with hours.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $68,640.00–$89,100.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
