    How will you make an impact:

    The Team Lead, Staging will coordinate the operations of multiple work centers, focusing on safety, quality, and compliance. You will lead a dedicated team of up to 5 employees, ensuring excellence in materials management.

     

    A Day in the Life:

    + Coordinate technical training, daily work targets, product standards, and report metrics to line management.

    + Ensure adherence to company policies and issue corrective actions when necessary.

    + Facilitate seamless shift transitions and promote a positive team environment.

    + Direct daily workloads to ensure schedule completion while improving efficiency.

    + Supervise compliance with ISO/GMP/FDA/class 7 requirements.

    + Maintain quality systems by following SOPs and work instructions.

    + Lead departmental projects to promote process improvements and achieve cost-saving goals.

    + Review production documents and close work orders nightly.

    + Manage problem reports/CAPA as needed.

    + Work overtime, including weekends, when necessary.

    + Provide supervision, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and resource management.

    + Lead projects requiring research and coordination.

    + Establish and maintain performance metrics.

    + Support continuous improvement activities to improve service levels.

    Keys to Success:

    Education

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

    + Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Experience

    + 2-3 years in a distribution/operations environment.

    + Proven ability to follow policies, meet project timelines, and implement solutions.

    + Lean manufacturing experience.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    + Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $28.56–$43.80.
