ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Lead** **Syst** **ems Administrator** to join our team in **Clarksburg WV.**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues that may require in-depth analysis and creative solutions.

+ Contributing to the design and implementation of new system architectures, including server configurations, network topology, and data storage solutions.

+ Monitoring system performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks to optimize system efficiency and uptime.

+ Implementing robust security measures, managing user access controls, and staying updated on emerging cyber threats

+ Forecasting future system needs and planning for hardware upgrades or infrastructure scaling to accommodate growth.

+ Providing technical guidance and training to other system administrators on best practices and new technologies.

Minimum** **Qualifications:

+ Five + years of experience with enterprise network administration tools.

+ Expert knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system configuration, shell scripting, and package management

+ Advanced expertise in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and related technologies.

+ Deep understanding of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including cloud security and resource management

+ Expertise in network infrastructure, routing protocols, firewalls, and network security

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

Security Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have a current/active Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

+ Constantly operates a computer.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
