    Job Description

    BAE Systems, Inc. Air and Space Force Solutions, located at Hill AFB, UT, is looking to hire a Sr. Security Specialist. This role provides support to the Integration Support Contract(ISC) and will work under the direction of the Program Security Manager.     Responsibilities include:

    + Safeguarding classified material activities, such as, access control, identification of classified material, assigning Document Control Numbers (DCNs) and Electronic File Transfers(EFTs),proper handling of classified material, proper document marking IAW classified marking guides

    + Briefing employees on security guidelines, investigating and reporting security incidents

    + Ensuring compliance with Government and Company security standards, procedures and directives

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Must currently possess a current DoD Secret clearance

    + Experience working in a classified environment with classified material

    + Experience with Special Access Program (SAP) policies and procedures and ICD-705construction specs

    + Familiarization of DoD guidance such as NISPOM, DoDM 5200series, DoDM 5205.07vol. 1-4, Security Classification Guides (SCGs), DD254s

    + Working knowledge of security applications such as SIMS,DISS and JADE

    + Strong experience using Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + SAP, Physical, Personnel, Info Sec, and Industrial Security

    + 7 years of directly related experience

    + Experience working with classified systems such as JWICS, CV2, SIPR, or other classified systems

    + Experience working with Air Force personnel and security managers in all disciplines.

    + Prior industrial security experience

    + Fundamental experience with computer office applications and email communications

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
