    Slows Bar BQ, a Detroit-based award-winning restaurant known for its chef-driven spin on barbecue, craft beer, and community involvement, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a member of our crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.

    + Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

    + Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

    + Manage guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.

    + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.

    + Food preparation and basic cooking tasks.

    + Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

    + Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

    Requirements

    + Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    + Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    + Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    + Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
