The Strategic Initiatives Senior Program Analyst will be a key player in the successful implementation of the new Final Mile Delivery platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Final Mile Delivery capabilities. As a key contributor to this strategic initiative, you will gain significant learning and development opportunities, making it a high-visibility role with the potential for exciting career paths within Logistics and Bodewell business areas. This role will be collaborating with talented colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment, making a real impact on the success of the Final Mile Delivery program and contributing to better customer experience. This role will be responsible for working with the business project manager to create user stories, conduct user acceptance testing during each project sprint, and provide recommendation for processes moving to production. While continuing to work to release the next sprint to production, this user will play a role in hyper-care for previously released production code. This role will face dynamic challenges & requires someone that is easily adaptable to changing business needs and requirements. The ability to effectively communicate with a varied cross-functional team, especially the on-shore and off-shore teams, is necessary. While supporting the launch of the New Final Mile Delivery platform, this role will be responsible for troubleshooting the current custom-built platform mobile application issues and leading other projects related to enhancing capabilities across the delivery network.

How You'll Create Possibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Support User Story collection/creation and collection from business team for future Final Mile Platform.
+ Perform User Acceptance Testing in QA environment for Final Mile Operational Modules – both mobile and web screen based.
+ Provide support & guidance to the owner of new process/standard operating requirement documentation.
+ Business Support working directly with 3PL delivery agents, GEA RM’s, DSSO call center, and cross track teams to resolve escalated Final Mile system issues.
+ Partner with IT OPS support to quickly identify and fix system issues
+ Manage Final Mile Platform questions from Delivery Network & internal GEA as needed.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Position Requirement:
+ Self-starting leader with 3 or more years of engineering or project leadership & management experience with excellent verbal & written communication, as well as people skills & ability to work/collaborate within a team.
+ Inventive mind and execution-focused work ethic.
+ Experience with Agile Project management framework
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements during the development process.
+ Initiative-taker who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
+ Strong functional understanding of technology, ability to quickly identify system issues and communicate to IT for resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering related field from an accredited university or college.
+ 5+ years of engineering or project leadership & management experience
+ Experience in project management and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous business experience with Sales Force, especially Field Service Module
+ Oracle Experience
+ Experience in project management and execution skills.
+ Experience in a fast-paced B2C & B2B environment
+ Strong business acumen with proven history for performance and leadership.
+ Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Smartsheet, JIRA
+ Root Cause Analysis / DMAIC
Working Conditions:
+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
+ Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
+ 10-15% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to customer sites/ Final Mile Delivery Agents / plants, etc.
