Job Description:

Senior product management lead in VCF Division working on “Operations and Management” area.

Responsibilities

+ Define and drive core part of product capabilities for VCF Operations and Management

+ Develop end to end use cases, understand customer needs and requirements and represent them in concise requirements

+ Work closely with broader R&D teams and collaborate. Act as customer advocate, provide voice of the customer during internal discussions

+ Collaborate with product managers from other functional areas in building a unified private cloud offering

+ Bring together full stack observability with MELT-CF across Infra Ops, Storage Ops, Network Ops and Workload Ops across multiple personas

+ Work closely with field and solution architect teams to help build and drive customer adoptions

+ Build go-to-market collaterals in collaboration with marketing teams.

+ Speak at conferences, VMUGs and related forums

+ Drive the industry conversation about Broadcom, VCF and Operations Management domain

Required Skills

+ Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network), Operations and Management.

+ Experience engaging with customers globally to synthesize feature specifications.

+ Ability to work in and drive cross functional teams, including engineering and UX, to deliver the product to market.

+ Capable presenter who is comfortable leading face to face customer and partner meetings and presenting at executive briefings.

+ Speaking experience in industry forums and conferences.

+ Ability to handle a number of concurrent activities with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Education/Experience

+ BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field plus 15 years of related experience OR

+ MBA or MS in Computer Science or Engineering related field plus 12 years of related experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $225,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
