    Position Description

    Serco is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst – Knowledge Management Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to enhancing military operational readiness.

    In this role, you will:

    + Perform the function of Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist for all program sites.

    + Regularly work with the Installation Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and Government sensitive data, and represent the Government at meetings and conferences as needed.

    + Manage content on the Mission Training Complex (MTC) SharePoint portal and interface with MTC Government KM Leads, staff, and directors.

    + Assist the Task Order Manager and Site Leads with developing new KM processes, diagnosing current issues, and redesigning, reconstructing, and monitoring processes for effectiveness.

    + Maintain and update the MTC Management Information System (MIS) SharePoint site.

    + Maintain Customer Partner Access (CPA) for the MIS program and manage access for new users.

    + Assist users with access issues and ensure external partners are validated every six months.

    + Draft, consolidate, finalize, and submit the Northrop Grumman Monthly Report; post data and archives on MIS and shared drives.

    + Compile and post contract, fiscal, and calendar year roll-up data on MIS and shared drives.

    + Compile and post monthly Hub and Spoke report data for Contract Management Review (CMR) annual roll-up.

    + Compile and track monthly labor hours report for sector leadership.

    + Draft and finalize the Monthly MTC Scheduled Training Report for the Training Resource Integration Conference (TRIC).

    + Compile MTC Weekly Report data from program sites and send it to the Program Manager.

    + Draft, consolidate, finalize, and submit monthly No-Show Reports to DPTMS.

    + Maintain PDS checks roster and distribute to all personnel.

    + Gather, consolidate, and input data into the Training Support-Material Army-wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) monthly, ensuring quarterly data entry by the fifth working day.

    + Create quarterly reports for ARNG MCTSP MTC Director and submit to IMCOM POC as required.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint (or similar) web-based collaboration environment, or

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or

    + Master’s degree in a technical discipline.

    + Experience in the design and implementation of web design, collaboration tools, and content management.

    + Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and its application for operational reports, training reports, and calendars.

    + Must possess an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.

    + Must be able to work on-site at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Additional desired experience and skills:

    + Computing Environment (CE) certification.

    + Minimum of 10 years of military experience.

    + Knowledge of TS-MATS system.
