    **Nauset Disposal,** a Waste Connections Company, is looking for an **Operations Supervisor in Training** to join the team in Plymouth, MA or South Yarmouth, MA.

    **Pay Rate:** $30.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** 4:00am start time / 45-50 hours per week (Overtime Eligible)

    A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor in Training:

    + The Operations Admin at Waste Connections provides essential support to the operations department under direct supervision.

    + This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency by managing inventory reports, updating route information, and assisting with customer service inquiries

    + Assists Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries

    + Reports any safety or customer service-related issues to supervisor or manager

    + Assist with IRB and Safety processes

    + Assists in generating monthly productivity reports

    + Follows all safety policies and procedures; participates with the team to achieve safety goals

    + Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Must Have:

    + Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities

    + Ability to obtain CDL permit and CDL within specified timeframes.

    + 2+ years of experience in transportation, and/or logistics services.

    + Bachelors degree preferred.
