    Rehab Support Technicians work under the Rehab and Sports Medicine Management team and perform tasks that are supportive to overall clinic operations and staff.

    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

    + May assist manager with chart audits

    + Order and maintain supplies

    + Offering assistance with prepping for patients lunch

    + Provide assistance in patient therapy as needed

    + Acting as a liaison to medical director

    Additional qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required

    + Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians

    + Ability to perform basic computer functions

    + Ability to navigate EMRs

    + Ability to perform basic math to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience

    + Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to work effectively within a team environment

    + Adequate written communication skills necessary for documentation. Must be able to write legibly and demonstrate spelling competency.

    + Positive interpersonal skills

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks competently

    + Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
