    Your Key Responsibilities

     

    We are seeking an innovative and motivated R&D Chemical Engineer to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on discovering new chemical engineering materials and developing processes for validating materials and chemicals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemical, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance sealing, oils, and plastic manufacturing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Engage in Research and Development (R&D) tasks aimed at discovering new chemical engineering materials.

    + Develop and implement processes to validate materials and chemicals effectively.

    + Ensure all development activities strictly adhere to industry standards and company procedures.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize processes related to sealing, oils, and plastic making.

    + Undertake minimal travel (approximately 10%) for project collaboration or site visits.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

    Preferred:

    + Higher education in Chemical engineering or related field

    + Automotive experience
