Are you ready to take on a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently?

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time, 2nd shift Stationary Engineer. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring uninterrupted utilities throughout the facility. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various pieces of equipment through our Preventive Maintenance and Work Request Systems. Additionally, you'll provide essential maintenance services to dedicated areas, making a significant impact on our overall functionality. Responsibilities:

+ Operate Boilers: Manage boilers and related systems.

+ Licenses: Maintain Class A Stationary Engineers and valid PA vehicle operator's licenses.

+ Policy Knowledge: Stay updated on departmental policies.

+ Chemical Analysis: Conduct and maintain chemical balance in steam and water systems.

+ Record Keeping: Maintain logs and reports for various systems.

+ Dress Code: Follow the Department's dress code.

+ Productivity: Perform work according to standards.

+ Materials Management: Request and use parts efficiently.

+ Collaboration: Work cooperatively with hospital personnel.

+ Inspections and Repairs: Conduct daily inspections and perform repairs.

+ Preventive Maintenance: Complete and maintain work order forms.

+ Emergency Duties: Perform duties during emergencies.

+ Training: Attend mandatory and optional programs.

+ Communication: Ensure proper communication and maintain confidentiality.

+ Safety: Observe safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.

+ Work Schedule: Work holidays and shifts as scheduled.

+ Improvement Recommendations: Suggest procedural improvements.

+ Equipment Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of shop equipment.

+ Dependability: Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.

+ Customer Service: Respond quickly to customer needs.

+ Automation Systems: Operate the Siemans Building Automation system

+ High school diploma or equivalency required.

+ Two years medium or high-pressure boiler plant experience preferred.

+ Two years' experience in healthcare maintenance preferred.

+ General knowledge of email, Word and other common software programs preferred. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
