    Position Summary:

    Responsible for organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that their assigned area of responsibility is fully staffed on each work shift.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    1. Implements, adjusts and maintains staff schedules, ensuring area of responsibility is covered.

    Develops work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.

     

    3.

     

    Assumes responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests.

     

    4.

     
     

    ollaborates with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.

     

    5.

     

    Ensures compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

     

    6.

     

    Prepares and submits reports on staffing operations.

     

    7.

     

    Works with department leaders to determine positions needing to be filled so that staffing requirements are met.

     

    1. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

     

    9.

     

    Performs other related duties as required and directed.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Associate degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.

    _Preferred:_

    + Bachelor's degree.
