JOB SUMMARY
The Center Director is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the primary leader responsible for the day-to-day operations and clinical quality in ABS' Bel Air center. This role involves overseeing all aspects of service delivery, team management, client outcomes, operational systems, and fiscal performance. The Center Director sets the tone culturally and professionally, modeling clinical excellence, authentic leadership, and operational precision.
As a key member of the ABS leadership team, the Center Director collaborates closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to ensure treatment fidelity, operational flow, and alignment with ABS policies, mission, and values. The Center Director also works in partnership with central departments, including HR, Billing, Training, and Operations, to ensure consistent and high-quality services. The Center Director is a high-level administrator who is a member of the Bel Air leadership team and reports to the Clinical Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Responsibilities (40%)
+ Maintain a small caseload and/or cover sessions when needed to ensure continuity of care.
+ Collaborate with BCBAs, serving as a Lead BCBA, to ensure clinical progress, treatment integrity, and alignment with individualized goals.
+ Lead center-wide initiatives to enhance clinical quality, promote social group programming, and implement best practices in ABA.
+ Ensure timely supervision and support of clinical staff, including assisting with staff performance evaluations and mentorship.
+ Review and address clinical incidents in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
+ Participate in company-wide clinical meetings and initiatives, providing input and leadership.
Operational Responsibilities (30%)
+ Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, supply management, staffing ratios, and facility upkeep.
+ Ensure compliance with documentation timelines, including session notes, treatment plans, and incident reports.
+ Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs for the center.
+ Lead monthly team meetings and coordinate communication across staff, families, and ABS departments.
+ Collaborate with ABS leadership on budgeting, purchasing, and center policies.
+ Oversee enforcement of existing center policies and procedures, and collaborate with leadership to create and implement new policies as needed.
Performance Management & Staff Development (20%)
+ Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and training to clinical and administrative staff.
+ Conduct or assist with performance reviews and develop individualized professional development plans.
+ Ensure staff meet all competency requirements prior to client service delivery.
+ Promote a culture of positivity, accountability, support, and continuous improvement.
Administrative & Facility Management (10%)
+ Manage front desk tasks such as answering calls, welcoming visitors, and managing general communications.
+ Ensure all center supplies are maintained and stocked appropriately, including clinical, sanitary, and office needs.
+ Coordinate logistics for town halls, staff meetings, trainings, and special events.
+ Monitor mail and packages, ensuring timely sorting, communication, and processing.
+ Support with copay collection, signature tracking, data entry, and documentation uploads as needed.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
+ Clinical Quality: Treatment fidelity, supervision compliance, client progress, outcome measurement.
+ Operational Efficiency: Staff ratios, RBT and BCBA productivity, documentation compliance, facility organization.
+ Financial Performance: Maintaining census and caseload targets to meet budget expectations.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
+ Earning and Bonus Potential: Up to $113,500 in your first year, including bonuses! Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, and role proficiency

Preferred Experience:
+ Experience serving in a leadership/management role for an ABA provider.
+ Experience collaborating with RBTs and BCBAs.
+ Experience working with multiple funding sources.
+ A history of work with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families both in clinical settings.
+ Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
+ Proficiency with ABA Data Collection and Practice Management systems such as Central Reach.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
+ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA service delivery.
+ Previous supervisory and leadership experience in a clinical setting.
+ Proficient with Central Reach and other ABA data platforms.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively, professionally, and openly both verbally and in writing.
+ Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and demonstrate an ability to maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work according to agency standards.
+ Must meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of clients, packages, or equipment, accessing non-barrier free premises, and utilizing physical management techniques when necessary.
+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
+ Ability to pass background checks and meet physical requirements of the role (including lifting or implementing client supports as needed)
